License Agreement
Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the software. The software is owned and copyrighted by Cosmic Networks Ltd. Your license confers no title or ownership in the software and is not a sale of any rights in the software. Violation of these License Terms will be acted upon.
This license agreement describes your rights with respect to the software. The following terms govern your use unless you have a separate written agreement with Cosmic Networks Ltd.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. On purchase of software you have the following rights:
You may install and use one copy of the software on a single computer and on a single Internet Domain.
Modifications: Cosmic Networks Ltd grants you access to modify or change perl code. However any modifications must be submitted to Cosmic Networks Ltd. Cosmic Networks Ltd does not accept liability for any damages caused by the modification of the software. Software is modified at the users risk. Any modified software cannot be resold or distributed to any other party other than Cosmic Networks Ltd.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Support Services. Cosmic Networks Ltd provide free email support services to all customers. The responsiveness of which cannot be guaranteed. Telephone support can be purchased at an extra cost, and is limited to no more than 2hrs talk time per week.
License Term Verification. Cosmic Networks Ltd reserves the right to browse all licensees' Internet Domains to verify compliance with this EULA.
Confidential Information. The term "Confidential Information" means any information or material, which is proprietary to Cosmic Networks Ltd. Confidential Information includes without limitation: trade secrets, technical information, product design information, database scripts, database schema, source code and/or object code, copyrights and other intellectual property associated with the software.
You agree to hold in confidence and to not disclose the Confidential Information to any person or entity, except those who are required to have access to the Confidential Information in order to perform their job duties in connection with the limited purposes of this agreement.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Rental, Leasing, Lending, and Commercial Hosting. You may not rent, lease or lend the Software
ALL RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED HEREIN ARE RESERVED BY Cosmic Networks Ltd
TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights Cosmic Networks Ltd may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions.
COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the software are owned by Cosmic Networks Ltd. Copyright laws and international treaty provisions protect the Software. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You acknowledge that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT licensed hereunder is subject to the export control laws and regulations of the U.K.
MISCELLANEOUS
If you acquired this product in the U.K laws govern this agreement.
If this product was acquired outside the U.K. then local law may apply.

Service Agreement
Service Agreement for hosted solutions and services:
The service agreement exists between �The user� and �Cosmic Networks Ltd� in respect of �hosted solutions�.
Definitions:
�The user� the user means any individual or corporation who has purchased the hosting solution or service.
�Cosmic Networks Ltd� is the company who develops the solution.
Hosted solutions and services means the affiliate solutions which involve us (Cosmic Networks Ltd) hosting an maintaining your affiliate program for you. This also includes any services we provide.

USE OF SERVICE
In using this service you are agreeing that any content you provide is solely owned by you or provided by you with the express authority of the company you represent, does not infringe upon any other individual's or organization's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) and is not defamatory, unlawful or objectionable.
You shall not provide, promote, distribute, place or otherwise publish as a member of the service any content, or Web site that includes content, which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, fraudulent or violates any law. In the case of pornography, one of our special �Adult� solutions must be purchased.
Cosmic Networks Ltd will not accept any responsibility for content provided by you.
As a Member, You may not artificially inflate traffic counts to Advertiser site(s) using any device, program, robot or other means. Links may not be placed in newsgroups, unsolicited e-mail, banner networks, counters, chatrooms or guestbooks. Any Link placed must be done so in such a way that it is not misleading to any Visitor and done so with the intention of delivering Valid Clicks to the related Advertiser for that Link.
Cosmic Networks Ltd reserves the right to terminate any site deemed in appropriate, and withhold money paid in advance.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Cosmic Networks Ltd disclaims all warranties implied in the relation to service, its use and the results of use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Cosmic Networks Ltd is not liable to you or any related parties for any damages to character arising from use or mis-use of our solutions or services, including loss of profit good will business interruption or data. Cosmic Networks Ltd is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the website or any linked websites.
TERM AND TERMINATION
In the case of the �Budget� hosted solution the term is fixed for a year. After which you choose to continue or discontinue your service. All other solutions and services with monthly billing can be cancelled after the first month if so desired. Any cancellation will result in the immediate termination of that service.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your details will not be shared or published without prior consent.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure in performance in the event of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of such party.

Money Back Guarantee
We offer a money back guarantee on all our products and services. If our software cannot be made to run on your server, or cannot be integrated with your order system then you will receive a full refund. For the hosted solution you are refunded the full order amount minus $50 domain registration fees. The domain is registered to your name and remains under your ownership until the registration is not renewed and expires. Once the software is installed, integrated and running no refund can be given, although you can cancel your monthly subscription. If whilst using the software errors, or 'BUGS' arise you will not be entitled to a refund, although we correct any problems free of charge when possible. In the event of a forced chargeback you will be liable for all software costs, and any costs incurred by us retrieving the funds.
